Everyone is free (to wear sunscreen)

Take a few minutes to listen to this song – funny, and true. If you are young, you will laugh but not yet know from experience how true these things are; if you are older, you will laugh knowingly, because you have probably, hopefully learned by experience and will be able to identify with a thing or two … but take care what type of sunscreen you use (the conventional ones are full of unsavoury chemicals, so look for a natural one (go here for a recipe to make your own) and/or take astaxanthin to protect your skin from within :).
