ARE VEGETARIANS / VEGANS / RAW VEGANS NUTRIENT DEFICIENT?

People who are vegetarian/vegan/raw vegans often get asked whether they don’t get nutrient deficient, or where they get their protein from.

I would just like to add, that if she added cultured/fermented vegetables’ to her diet regularly, this would supply plenty of Vitamin B12.
